Riviera Seafront Balcony is a renovated, modern apartment located on the first floor of a building. It has its own private entrance, completely independent from the ground-floor apartment, with no shared spaces. It also offers a private parking area.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. Each bedroom includes an open wardrobe, drawers for clothing, and a large mirror.
The satin bed linens and pillowcases are made of pure cotton, offering a soft and fresh feeling.
In the master bedroom, the bedside tables are made of green marble, and a balcony door leads to a spacious balcony with views of the beach and the sea of the famous Golden Beach. From the window, you can also see Nea Chora beach and part of the Venetian Harbor. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower and sink.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, and stovetop), suitable for a family. The cupboards and drawers are stocked with everything needed for a family or a group of friends to enjoy their stay.
A tall, narrow dining table with high stools completes the kitchen area.
Next to it is the living room, featuring a comfortable three-seater sofa which can be converted into a single bed by removing the cushions. Underneath, there is also a foldable bed with its own orthopedic mattress.
Beside the sofa, there is a modern built-in wardrobe niche with duvets and ample storage space for clothes. In front of the sofa, a narrow wooden coffee table with metal legs provides a place for guests to leave their drinks or books.
Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms: one next to the master bedroom and another just outside the twin bedroom. Both include extra toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
Next to the twin bedroom, there is a double-door wardrobe. One section contains a drying rack, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The other section includes a washing machine, along with detergent, fabric softener, laundry basket, clothespins, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
On the balcony, overlooking the sea and the picturesque beach, there is a coffee table and a dining area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or meals during the day or evening. At the far end of the balcony, two sun loungers with an umbrella offer comfort and relaxation.
Within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, and snack bars offering coffee in the morning and fast food such as souvlaki, fries, tzatziki, and more from midday onwards.
There is easy access to the city of Chania by bus, car, or taxi. A bus stop is located just 40 meters away, with buses running to and from the city every 15 minutes.
Finally, nearby is the well-known park of Agioi Apostoloi, ideal for walking, exercise, and suitable for families with young children.
