The apartments
Riviera Chania consists of two thoughtfully designed apartments, each offering a unique stay experience while sharing the same high standards of comfort and style. The Seafront Balcony apartment, located on the first floor, features stunning sea views, a spacious balcony, and a bright, modern interior ideal for enjoying the coastal scenery. The second residence offers a more private experience with a large outdoor area, garden, and dedicated spaces for dining and relaxation, making it especially suitable for families and guests who appreciate outdoor living.
Both apartments are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and effortless stay, featuring modern kitchens, cozy living areas, high-quality bedding, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and smart TVs in all rooms. Designed with attention to detail and functionality, they combine contemporary aesthetics with practical amenities, allowing guests to feel at home while enjoying the vibrant surroundings of Chania, just minutes away.

This relaxed coastal location feels peaceful and welcoming while still being connected to the lively rhythms of local life, places to eat, shops and small cultural spots. You won’t need to rush anywhere but if you choose to explore, Chania’s charm and the wonders of western Crete are just a short drive away.

The apartment is straight opposite and overlooks a good sandy beach and the sea. It is close to beach bars, restaurants and shops and directly on a very frequent bus route to and from Chania centre.
Emmanouil and his co-hosts were warm, friendly and very helpful. Lovely personal welcome on our arrival.

Excellent location across the street from the beach, you really can’t get any closer than that! Georgios is a very responsive host who will help you quickly with anything you might need. The place is nice and clean, functional, and fully equipped for a longer stay. Beaches, cafes, tavernas and stores within walking range, parking on premises, or bus to/from Chania center nearby (10-15 min. trip). If you find it available for your dates, just book it.
The apartment has the best location for holidays near Chania!
It is almost „on the beach” – the golden beach, very sandy, perfect for couples and families.
We came to Crete almost every year and always choose this location as it is calm, close to 3 beaches and park, the bus stop is just around the corner. You can wake up and go directly to swim before breakfast if you want. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need on holidays. It is great that you have your own garden and tables also outside.
Hosts are very hospitable and helpful and we hope to come back next time.
