The residence features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed (160 cm and 140 cm), open wardrobes, and drawers for clothing. A dedicated workspace with a comfortable chair is provided in each bedroom, ideal for those who wish to work remotely. The bed linens are made of high-quality satin and cotton, offering a pleasant feel and a restful sleep experience.

There are two fully equipped bathrooms—one inside the house and the other just outside one of the bedrooms. Both include extra toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The shower amenities are by Physis Laboratory, featuring subtle fragrances from essential oils and natural ingredients that leave the skin soft and provide a sense of wellness and relaxation. The outdoor bathroom also includes a washing machine, detergent, fabric softener, a laundry basket, drying rack, and clothespins.

The open-plan area combines the living room and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed suitable for two guests. On one side, there is an additional sofa with cushions and built-in storage space. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

The kitchen includes a large dining table with a wooden bench and two comfortable dining chairs. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine (with provided capsules), kettle, frappe maker, and toaster.

The spacious outdoor area (90 m²) provides parking space for one car. The remaining area features a large dining table, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is also a cozy lounge corner with a sofa and coffee table, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an evening drink. The outdoor space offers privacy and is protected from passersby, making it especially suitable for families with young children.

The garden creates a pleasant atmosphere, while the sea breeze keeps the area cool even on the hottest days. It includes an outdoor shower, two sun umbrellas, and two sun loungers for relaxation at any time of the day. The dining area is well-shaded with a sun sail, allowing only soft, pleasant sunlight to pass through. An outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and sink is also available, making outdoor cooking easy and enjoyable.

The road just outside the house separates it from the famous Golden Beach. Along the beach, you will find sunbeds with umbrellas, a beach bar offering coffee, drinks, and food, as well as quieter spots where you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

The house is located 4 km from the city of Chania. Along the coastline to the east, there is a scenic 20-minute walking path (1.5 km) leading to Nea Chora beach and the Venetian Harbor of Chania. A bus stop is located just 30 meters from the house, with routes to and from Chania every 15 minutes. Taxis, supermarkets, mini markets, tavernas, and a pastry shop are all within close distance.

Nearby, you will also find the park of Agioi Apostoloi, ideal for light exercise, jogging, or relaxing under the tall trees. The park also features a large playground for children.
